Hotel Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By booking a stay or using the facilities at Wellborn Hotel Limited, guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Failure to adhere may result in penalties, additional charges, or removal from the premises.

2. Reservations & Check-In/Check-Out:

  • Check-in time: 02:00 pm
  • Check-out time: 12:00pm
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • A valid ID and payment method must be presented upon check-in.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in to avoid charges.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full charges for the booking period.

4. Guest Conduct & Behavior:

  • Guests must respect the peace and privacy of other guests. Excessive noise and disturbances are not permitted.
  • Any form of illegal activity is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.

5. No-Smoking Policy:

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including rooms and hallways.
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Violations will result in a cleaning fee.

6. Alcohol & Drug Policy:

  • The consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas and should comply with local laws.
  • The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

7. Damage & Liability:

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property. Charges may be applied for repairs or replacements.
  • The hotel is not liable for the loss of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes where available.

8. Parking:

  • Parking is available for registered guests only. Parking for non-registered guests is subject to availability
  • The hotel is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of vehicles parked on the premises.

9. Food & Beverage Policy:

  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the restaurant or dining areas.
  • Guests are responsible for informing staff of any dietary restrictions or allergies.

10. Pets:

  • Pets are Not Allowed in the hotel premises at all times.

11. Health & Safety:

  • Guests must comply with all health and safety regulations, including emergency procedures.
  • In case of an emergency, guests should contact the front desk immediately.

12. Force Majeure:

The hotel is not liable for failure to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other events beyond our control.

13. Governing Law:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be settled in Nigerian courts.
